By accessing and playing Flap Dash ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
Flap Dash is a free-to-play arcade game available on the web and iOS. Players control a bird character through pipe obstacles across 1,000 progressive levels, collecting gems and gold coins, completing daily missions, using power-ups (Lightning, Magnet, Star, Shield), and unlocking 16 bird types with unique abilities.

The Game offers optional in-app purchases including gold coin packs (80, 200, 470, 1000 coins), 3-Lives packs, Frost Bird slow-down refills, and Phoenix Bird drag-control refills. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Stripe (web). All sales are final unless required by applicable law. Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation.
The Game uses two virtual currencies: gems (💎), earned only through gameplay (pickups, missions, milestones, near-miss bonuses, reward ads), and gold coins (🪙), earned passively (+1 per 5 pipes passed) or purchased through coin packs. Neither currency has real-world monetary value, and neither can be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for real currency.
All content in Flap Dash, including graphics, sounds, code, and game design, is owned by Flap Dash and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Game will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flap Dash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
